Shipping policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

You will be informed via email in the event of any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Estimated delivery times:

• • East Coast: 1–3 business days after shipping

  • West Coast: 4–7 business days after shipping

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within the Greater Toronto Area (or Southern Ontario). For orders under $100, please see the shipping rates at checkout.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Whitby, or Markham Ontario. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our local pickup hours can be scheduled between 9am - 9pm on available days of the week. All pickups must be scheduled. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@gymarmy.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
